What's Zero Waste?

Waste recycling is the most acute, global and most pressing environmental problem today. The lack of sorting of raw materials has led to the fact that waste, which requires a special method of processing or disposal, emit toxic substances. Air, soil and water are polluted. Our planet is turning into a large rubbish heap. Such large-scale processes as global climate change are taking place all over the planet.

You can reduce the number of landfills by recycling recyclable raw materials. This waste is about 60% of the total waste. The use of recyclable materials will reduce the number of landfills, save natural resources, and reduce the emission of harmful substances.

Before processing, raw materials are sorted, since not all materials are suitable for recycling.

Our project was created to draw public attention to the problem of waste recycling, environmental pollution, as a result of climate change on the planet. We want to show that just a small effort by each person to sort waste can help prevent environmental disaster around the world.

  1. Indeed, the term zero waste is confused with recycling, but it is much more than recycling; zero waste has a larger effect than recycling. The less we waste, the less we need recycling in fact. Also, solution is in a zero waste lifestyle because while recycling we still use extra energy to recycle materials. Consequently, we should lessen our consumptions to lead a zero waste life.
